• Role & Company / Project Overview PMD NowSolutions, a ServiceNow & Ivanti Partner, is hiring a skilled ServiceNow UI/UX Developer for a remote position. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly ServiceNow experiences. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and implement responsive user interfaces and reusable components within the ServiceNow ecosystem. - Develop UI solutions utilizing ServiceNow UI Builder and Now Experience UI Framework. - Build and maintain user experiences across Service Portal, Employee Center, and Employee Center Pro. - Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UX designs in Figma. - Implement REST API integrations and ensure compliance with accessibility standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow UI/UX development. - Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow UI Builder and Now Experience UI Framework. - Strong proficiency with Service Portal, Employee Center, and Employee Center Pro. - Advanced skills in front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS. - Demonstrated capability in responsive UI development and reusable component creation. - Solid experience in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and UX design principles. - Practical experience with REST API integrations and accessibility standards. - Nice to have: Configurable Workspaces and experience working with ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or ITOM modules. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Location: Remote • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their profile or send a direct message to the designated recruiter.
