• Role & Company / Project Overview BlueMojo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Demand Management Lead for an automotive client. Join our team and be a part of an innovative and dynamic work culture with exciting projects, growth opportunities, and impactful work. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead demand planning and solution design initiatives for automotive discrete manufacturing. - Execute statistical forecasting, demand segmentation, and forecast accuracy improvements. - Oversee demand planning across vehicles, spare parts, and the automotive aftermarket. - Manage integration with ERP, Sales, Inventory, and Supply Planning. - Drive stakeholder management, solution design, and team leadership across implementation phases. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Management implementation experience. - Minimum 1 full-cycle implementation in a Lead role. - Strong expertise in statistical forecasting, demand segmentation, and forecast accuracy. - Automotive / discrete manufacturing supply chain experience. - Demand planning experience for vehicles, spare parts, and aftermarket. - Experience in ERP, Sales, Inventory, and Supply Planning integration. - Strong stakeholder management, solution design, and team leadership capabilities. - Strong Oracle Fusion Supply Chain execution experience preferred. - Good to have: Oracle Fusion Supply Planning / S&OP, automotive aftermarket planning, OEM EDI forecast release, production scheduling, and execution processes. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Remote – India - Work Arrangement: Remote • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Apply now by sending your updated resume via email mentioning Role and Experience (Demand Management | Automotive Domain).
