Role & Company / Project Overview: Latinum HR is hiring a senior-level Clinical Business Analyst for an esteemed client in the Life Sciences and Pharma domain. This is a full-time, high-impact role operating across India. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle Clinical Metadata Repository (MDR) platforms and metadata services. • Apply CDISC Standards including SDTM, ADaM, CDASH, and Controlled Terminology (CT). • Work with clinical data models, metadata schemas, and mappings. • Manage regulatory submissions and compliance for health authorities like FDA and EMA. • Manage clinical data standards and standardization processes. • Demonstrate functional understanding of technical designs and APIs. • Apply data and metadata concepts utilizing SQL read-level understanding. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Total Experience: 7+ Years in Life Sciences / Pharma domain. • Proficiency with Tools & Documentation: Jira, Confluence, MS Word, MS Excel, Figma, Visio, and SQL. • Preferred / Nice to Have: - Experience in enterprise MDR implementations. - Experience in large Pharma MDR or Clinical Data Standards programs. - Hands-on background in standards automation. - Experience with CDISC standards up-versioning. - Involvement in data and metadata reuse initiatives. - Exposure to enterprise-level metadata governance. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: PAN India. • Employment Type: Full-time. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: Up to INR 40,00,000 per annum (Up to 40 LPA).
