Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a skilled and motivated Senior Finance Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of financial acumen, reporting expertise, and advanced data analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. • Prepare comprehensive financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and ongoing financial reporting. • Perform detailed Budget vs. Actual comparisons and variance analysis to deliver actionable business insights. • Utilize data analytics tools to build automated reports, dashboards, and data models. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in finance data analysis or FP&A. • Strong core skills in P&L, Balance Sheet, and Financial Reporting. • Proven expertise in Budget vs. Actual and Variance Analysis. • Advanced technical proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel and SQL. • Solid background in Budgeting and Forecasting. • Excellent financial analysis and quantitative problem-solving skills.
