Job description
Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps professional passionate about cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, and system reliability to join our team. In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for helping build, scale, and optimize robust, high-performance cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across EKS, GKE, and AKS environments. • Build and optimize Docker containers and Helm charts. • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD. • Automate end-to-end infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible. • Manage, monitor, and scale multi-cloud environments across AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK stack. • Ensure infrastructure security, high availability, disaster recovery planning, and continuous performance optimization. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure engineering. • Strong expertise in Kubernetes orchestration, Docker containerization, Terraform IaC, and robust CI/CD pipelines. • Demonstrated proficiency in managing public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Proficient scripting and programming capabilities in Bash, Python, or Go. • In-depth knowledge of Linux operating system internals, networking fundamentals, and cloud security best practices. • Preferred: CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) / CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) certifications, hands-on GitOps practices, experience with ArgoCD or Flux, and proven expertise in executing zero-downtime deployments.
