Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are urgently hiring an experienced IT Infrastructure / Project Engineer to deliver end-to-end technology implementation projects across Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and managed IT services. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Implement Microsoft 365 solutions, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and tenant migrations from legacy, Microsoft 365, and Google environments. - Configure and manage Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server roles, DHCP, DNS, file services, and workstation environments. - Deploy and support Azure workloads, Hyper-V, VMware, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. - Implement and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Fortinet firewalls, Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus, VPN, and TCP/IP. - Prepare technical implementation plans, project documentation, and end-user guides. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely project delivery. - Communicate technical requirements, risks, dependencies, and maintenance schedules to customers. - Follow ITIL practices, change management procedures, and established engineering standards. - Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and ensure smooth project handover to the Service Desk. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, implementation, or technical support. - Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Windows Server. - Good understanding of IPv4, TCP/IP, VPN, and network infrastructure. - Strong troubleshooting, documentation, project coordination, and customer communication skills. - Preferred Skills & Certifications: ITIL, PRINCE2, ServiceNow, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, Fortinet, Cisco, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, AZ-104, and MS-102 certifications. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Willingness to work during scheduled after-hours maintenance windows when required. • Application Instructions - Candidates whose profiles and experience align 100% with the requirements are requested to apply through email for immediate processing.
