Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Cloud Operations Engineer (L2 Support) to provide comprehensive L2 operational support across Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a hands-on cloud operations professional with strong troubleshooting, automation, and coordination skills, comfortable working in a multi-cloud environment and supporting daily operational activities. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide L2 operational support for Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure. - Troubleshoot cloud incidents, service requests, and infrastructure issues. - Provision and manage virtual machines, storage, VPCs, VNETs, subnets, and routing. - Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible. - Support Kubernetes operations, cluster monitoring, and container lifecycle management. - Execute and troubleshoot CI/CD infrastructure pipelines. - Manage backup, restoration, and Azure Site Recovery activities. - Support disaster recovery testing, failover, and failback exercises. - Coordinate with cloud, network, security, and application teams. - Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, KPIs, and change records. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5 to 8 Years of relevant experience. - Hands-on technical skills in Microsoft Azure & AWS. - Proficiency with Terraform & Ansible. - Strong expertise in Azure VMs, AWS EC2, Storage Accounts & EBS. - In-depth knowledge of VPC/VNET, subnetting, routing, and connectivity troubleshooting. - Proven background in Kubernetes and container operations. - Experience in CI/CD pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting. - Expertise in backup, restoration, high availability, and disaster recovery. - Sound understanding of incident, change, and problem management. - Preferred Certifications: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), AWS SysOps Administrator – Associate, AWS Solutions Architect – Associate, Terraform Associate or Kubernetes CKA. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pan India. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit an updated resume via the provided application channel.
