• Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in reconciliation solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive background in end-to-end Oracle ARCS delivery, solution design, stakeholder management, and team leadership to support critical business and financial reconciliation systems. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Translate business requirements into robust, technology-enabled solutions. - Plan and manage Oracle ARCS project delivery, encompassing risk assessment, requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation. - Provide deep functional and technical expertise in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching. - Manage project activities comprehensively from initial requirement gathering through project closure. - Own end-to-end solution design and delivery leveraging Oracle ARCS. - Lead, mentor, and supervise junior team members. - Work independently while effectively managing internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure seamless system integration and maintain a deep understanding of financial reconciliation processes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience. - Hands-on expertise with Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service). - Strong, proven knowledge of Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching. - Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and end-to-end project delivery. - Solid understanding of system integrations and financial reconciliation workflows. - Proven leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to operate autonomously and successfully in a remote setting. - Notice period: Immediate joiners required. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: 100% Remote - Location: India • Application Instructions Interested and qualified candidates available to join immediately can send their profiles directly to the provided contact email.
