• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior CMDB ServiceNow Integration Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, enterprise architecture, system integrations, database technologies, and platform performance optimization. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Drive ServiceNow CMDB architecture, governance, and data modeling. - Implement and manage CI classes, relationships, identification and reconciliation rules, and adhere to CSDM standards. - Oversee and execute platform performance optimization, data quality, reconciliation, migration, and integration troubleshooting. - Provide strong technical leadership and manage stakeholder communications. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 15+ Years. - Strong experience in ServiceNow CMDB architecture, governance, and data modeling. - Expertise in CI classes, relationships, identification and reconciliation rules, and CSDM standards. - Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, TSM, and related modules. - Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and ETL platforms. - Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data modeling, and performance tuning. - Proven experience in data quality, reconciliation, migration, and integration troubleshooting. - Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of the Cicada ETL/Data Integration Platform is a plus, but not mandatory. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Remote. - Job Type: Contract. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates, please share your updated resume via the contact options provided.
