Role & Company / Project Overview: MySkySys is hiring a Senior AWS WorkSpaces Architect / Principal Engineer with strong hands-on experience to help design, engineer, troubleshoot, and continuously improve a large-scale enterprise AWS WorkSpaces environment on a 100% remote full-time contract basis. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and improve AWS WorkSpaces architecture, reliability, security, and performance • Manage WorkSpaces Personal, Secure Browser, bundles, images, and directories • Own golden image lifecycle, provisioning automation, monitoring, and alerting • Work extensively with VPC, DNS, routing, security groups, endpoints, and AD/Directory Service • Lead complex troubleshooting, P1/P2 incidents, RCA, PIR/AAR, and AWS escalations • Drive WorkSpaces cost optimization, governance, and lifecycle automation • Collaborate directly with business units, AWS teams, and technical stakeholders Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on AWS WorkSpaces architecture and engineering expertise • AWS EUC (End User Computing) and enterprise infrastructure expertise • Proficiency with CloudWatch, EventBridge, CloudTrail, Lambda, and scripting • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and major incident management • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities • Nice to have: AWS certifications, AVD/Citrix experience, and previous experience with large-scale WorkSpaces environments Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: 100% Remote (India) • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (Must overlap until 2:00 PM PST) • Duration: 6 months + extension (Long Term Full-Time Contract) Compensation & Benefits: • Long-term contract opportunity with extension potential Application Instructions: • Interested candidates should send an updated resume to the contact email listed to discuss the opportunity.
