Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Architect to join our technology team in Hyderabad. The role involves leading high-level platform architecture and driving enterprise-scale implementations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Architect and lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM platform implementations from scratch. • Handle technical architecture, platform-level governance, design reviews, and enterprise solution engineering. • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable ServiceNow architecture. • Oversee deployment standards, best practices, and integration strategies across ITAM modules. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of overall IT experience. • 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and projects. • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect. • Proven experience leading 2–3+ end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM and/or ITAM implementations from scratch. • Proven experience handling implementations at the platform/architecture level. • Mandatory Skill: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. • Work Model: Mandatory 4 days/week from office.
