### Role & Company / Project Overview Join a leading banking environment as a Genesys Cloud Automation & DevOps Engineer to work on Genesys Cloud contact-centre automation, IVR and Architect development, routing integrations, analytics, and CI/CD enablement. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, build, deploy, and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions across IVR and non-IVR markets. • Develop and enhance Genesys Cloud Architect call flows (inbound, outbound, IVR, bot, and routing). • Configure and automate queues, skills, routing, schedules, agent provisioning, and data actions. • Develop integrations using Genesys Cloud REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, JSON, and middleware services. • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, version-controlled configurations, and Terraform (where applicable). • Implement automation, configuration validation, health checks, and reporting. • Integrate with ServiceNow and other bank systems. • Analyze performance trends, develop dashboards, and support continuous improvement. • Handle incident, problem, change, and release management. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 7+ Years of overall relevant experience. • Key Skills: Genesys Cloud CX administration & development, Genesys Cloud Architect (IVR, call flows & routing), queue configuration & skills-based routing, REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and JSON. • Programming & Tools: JavaScript, Python, SQL, and Postman for API testing. • DevOps: Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Configuration-as-Code. • Integration & Operations: ServiceNow integrations, contact centre analytics, troubleshooting, and incident/problem/change/release management. • Preferred Skills: Genesys Cloud certifications, outbound contact centre, bots & conversational AI, ServiceNow API/integration experience, banking/financial services industry experience, SIP, telephony, SBCs & voice routing, and workforce engagement, quality management, or call recording integrations. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. • Work Arrangement: Onsite / Office-based as required. ### Compensation & Benefits • Compensation details are not disclosed in the job posting. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated resume to the designated recruitment contact.
