• Role & Company / Project Overview: Baiguan Consulting is recruiting an experienced Country Manager (Vietnam) on behalf of a top-tier Chinese apparel brand to lead local market operations and supply chain partnerships. The position manages a local team of 90+ employees. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead local market operations in Vietnam. - Manage and drive supply chain partnerships. - Oversee internal operations as well as external manufacturing/OEM partners and supplier factories. - Lead, manage, and mentor a local team of 90+ employees. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 3+ years of management/operational experience in the apparel / fashion industry in Vietnam. - Proven track record in managing internal operations as well as external manufacturing/OEM partners & supplier factories. - Professional working proficiency in English. - Mandarin and/or Vietnamese language skills are a plus. - Strong leadership, strategic mindset, and cross-cultural communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Hanoi, Vietnam - Work arrangement: Full-time on-site • Compensation & Benefits: - Package: RMB 800,000 – 1,000,000 / year (Negotiable based on experience) • Application Instructions: Please send your updated CV to the recruiter with the subject line 'Country Manager - Vietnam Application'.
