Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring for the position of Data Analyst in Conversational AI / CX Optimization. This hybrid role focuses on analytics, conversational AI performance evaluation, and driving customer experience insights and optimizations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Data Analytics • Conversational AI Performance Analysis • Insights generation and optimization Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4+ years (preferred 4 to 8 years) of experience in Data Analytics, CX Analytics, Conversational AI Analytics, or related roles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau). • Strong understanding of Conversational AI concepts such as intents, containment, utterances, and customer journeys. • Exposure to Voice AI, STT/TTS, or Agentic AI is preferred. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with chatbot, voice bot, or contact center analytics is preferred. • Domain exposure in Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services is an added advantage.
