### Role & Company / Project Overview Indianeers Media Private Limited is hiring a Handloom Trainer for its Women Entrepreneurship Acceleration Programme in Godda, Jharkhand, to train women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in textile and handloom production. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver training on traditional and modern handloom techniques. - Lead practical weaving and textile production training. - Support design development and product improvement. - Facilitate quality enhancement and value addition. - Assist with market linkage and livelihood development support. - Deliver sessions in accordance with project requirements. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong practical handloom weaving and textile production experience. - Relevant domain knowledge and training background. - Hindi fluency preferred. - Prior SHG field experience is an advantage. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Capacity to conduct hands-on field-based training. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Type: Project-Based / Contractual - Location: Godda, Jharkhand - Field training schedule as per project requirements ### Compensation & Benefits - Remuneration aligned with project standards. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated CV.
