Job description

We are hiring an experienced Quality Manager for a leading manufacturing company located in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will hold a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Quality Management. Key responsibilities include leading quality assurance and control, managing customer and supplier quality, implementing core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, 8D, CAPA), driving continuous improvement, and ensuring audit compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO standards. Must-have skills include Quality Audit, Quality System Management, IATF Internal Auditor, Supplier Quality Management, CAPA, QMS, Customer Audits, 8D Analysis, ISO Documentation, and Quality Documentation. Good-to-have skills include Customer Quality, Quality System Implementation, and 7QC tools. The position offers a salary of ₹5-12 Lacs per annum. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with the hiring period from 25 Jun to 10 Jul 2025.
