• Role & Company / Project Overview: SILGH Engineering is hiring an IRATA Rope Access L3 Lead for offshore operations. This is an expatriate position structured with a defined 1-year Ghanaian localisation and knowledge-transfer pathway. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise and lead rope access teams executing maintenance and technical work at height offshore - Implement and oversee advanced offshore rigging, access safety plans, and emergency rescue procedures - Train, mentor, and transfer technical skills to local Ghanaian personnel under the 1-year localisation pathway • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Valid IRATA Level 3 certification - 7+ years of offshore rope access experience, preferably on FPSO or similar offshore facilities - Advanced offshore rigging and rescue safety expertise - Expatriate role with a defined 1-year Ghanaian localisation and knowledge-transfer pathway • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Offshore operations on FPSO / offshore facilities • Compensation & Benefits: - Expatriate engagement with structured transfer program • Application Instructions: - Send your resume to the designated email address with the application name as subject.
