### Role & Company / Project Overview Ernst & Young (EY) is looking for experienced professionals for the position of Consultant – Startups & Innovation to work on government and startup initiatives based out of Gandhinagar, Gujarat. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Managing startup ecosystem development, policy implementation, incubation, and innovation advisory projects. • Working closely with government-led startup initiatives and stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem. • Providing strategic consultation, policy support, and program management for startup programs. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 8+ years of overall professional experience. • At least 3+ years of relevant experience specifically in the Startup Ecosystem. • Experience in startup policy, ecosystem development, incubation, innovation, or government-led startup initiatives is preferred. • Education: Full-time Postgraduate degree / MBA. • Proficiency in reading and writing Gujarati is an added advantage. • Immediate joiners are preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. • Full-time consulting role. ### Compensation & Benefits • As per industry and EY standards. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates meeting the criteria should share their updated CV via email with the subject line format: Startups & Innovation Consultant – Experience (in years) – Current Organization – CTC – NP.
