### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a seasoned Principal / Sr. Principal DSP Engineer to lead next-generation embedded platforms. This position is suited for a high-level technical expert capable of driving digital signal processing innovation and embedded systems development. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead technical development, architecture, and deployment of DSP and embedded systems platforms. • Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and comprehensive performance optimization across target systems. • Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentoring to engineering teams. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 15+ years of relevant industry experience. • Programming: Expert-level C/C++ programming capabilities. • DSP & Embedded Expertise: Deep background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) & Embedded Systems. • Simulation & Modeling: Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink. • Signal Processing: Solid foundation in Fixed-Point and Floating-Point DSP implementation. • Architecture & SIMD: Hands-on experience with ARM Neon/Helium, Tensilica HiFi, RISC-V Vector, and SIMD instruction sets. • Hardware & Debugging: Demonstrated track record in hardware bring-up, debugging, and performance optimization. • Leadership: Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Framingham, MA (Onsite). • Employment / Engagement Terms: C2C and W2 contracts accepted. ### Compensation & Benefits • Compensation details are not specified. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates are invited to apply directly via email with an updated resume.
