• Role & Company / Project Overview Futran Solutions is hiring a Senior Data Engineer specializing in Databricks, SQL, and Azure Data Factory (ADF) for a contract opportunity (C2C / Contract). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) - Implement advanced T-SQL queries, query tuning, and performance optimization on SQL Server & Azure SQL - Build scalable data processing pipelines with Databricks / Apache Spark using PySpark & Spark SQL - Implement Data Warehousing solutions, Dimensional Modeling, and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) - Manage data storage and lakehouse architecture using Delta Lake on Azure Cloud - Handle production troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and bug fixes • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10+ years of hands-on data engineering experience - SQL Server & Azure SQL - Advanced T-SQL, query tuning, and performance optimization - Databricks / Apache Spark, PySpark, and Spark SQL - Azure Data Factory (ADF) - Delta Lake & Azure Cloud infrastructure - Data Warehousing, Dimensional Modeling, SCD, and ETL/ELT processes - Production troubleshooting and RCA experience • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Eden Prairie, MN - Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) - Client Interview: In-person in Eden Prairie, MN - Employment Type: Contract / C2C • Compensation & Benefits - Contract / C2C compensation rate • Application Instructions - Share updated resume with the recruiter
