• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Customer Support Executive Forex CFD based in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on providing customer assistance and platform support within the Forex and CFD trading sector. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver customer support services to clients trading in Forex and CFD products. - Handle client inquiries and resolve platform or account-related issues efficiently. - Utilize trading platform knowledge to guide customers and maintain high service standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 1 year of UAE-based Forex CFD industry experience is mandatory. - Good English and Hindi communication skills are required. - Customer support and trading platform knowledge preferred. - Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage. - Only candidates with UAE-based Forex CFD industry experience will be considered. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. - Work arrangement: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month. - Company sponsored visa. - Medical insurance. - Career growth opportunities. • Application Instructions - Apply by sending an updated CV or through LinkedIn Direct Message.
