### Role & Company / Project Overview techcarrot is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions across Payments, Lending, Cards, Digital Platforms, and Cloud Architecture. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of financial services by architecting innovative solutions across payment ecosystems, lending platforms, customer-facing digital channels, and emerging AI-powered payment experiences. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and lead architecture for: - Payment Gateways, PSPs, Payment Orchestration Platforms - Credit Cards, Card Issuing & Processing - BNPL, Consumer Lending & Auto Finance Platforms - Tokenization, 3D Secure, Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) - Payment Acceptance, Settlement & Reconciliation - Define modern digital architectures using: - Microservices - Micro-Frontends - Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) - API-First & Event-Driven Architecture - REST APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks - Architect customer-facing: - Websites - Mobile Applications - Merchant Portals - Sales & Marketing Platforms - Lead cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure: - AKS (Kubernetes) - Containers & Docker - Serverless Computing - DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines - Develop: - Business Capability Models - As-Is, Transition & Target Architectures - Technology Roadmaps - Architecture Governance Standards - Ensure compliance with: - PCI DSS - OAuth 2.0 - OpenID Connect - KYC / AML Regulations - UAE Financial Services Standards ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 12+ years of IT experience - 5+ years in Solution Architecture - Strong expertise in: - Payments & Cards - Lending / BNPL Platforms - Enterprise Integration - API Management - Microservices Architecture - Cloud Architecture (Azure Preferred) - Experience working with: - Visa & Mastercard Ecosystems - Digital Wallets - Payment Service Providers (PSPs) - Credit Bureau & Financial Integrations - Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills - Preferred Industry Background: - Banking - FinTech - Digital Payments - Lending & Consumer Finance - Financial Services - Mobility Platforms ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Working mode: Onsite / Standard business hours ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume or connect directly via direct message.
