Role & Company / Project Overview: IRC HR Services is recruiting an Electrical Technician (1 vacancy) for a beverage manufacturing facility in Lebanon. The position entails supporting electrical and maintenance systems within an alcohol manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical installations, industrial automation systems, and beverage production machinery. • Conduct preventive and corrective electrical maintenance tasks to ensure continuous operations. • Adhere strictly to industrial health and safety standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Relevant technical qualifications and electrical maintenance experience. • Willingness to work in an alcohol manufacturing environment. • Availability for rotating shifts in production and maintenance roles. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dora, Mount Lebanon, Lebanon. • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 hours daily with rotating shifts. Compensation & Benefits: • Position-based salary package. • NSSF registration. • Medical insurance: 100% inpatient and 95% outpatient coverage. • Transportation allowance: LBP 600,000 per working day. • Overtime compensation and variable incentive scheme.
