Role & Company / Project Overview: Success Academy is hiring English Instructors to join our onsite instructional team at our Dokki Branch. The role focuses on delivering high-quality English language training to adult learners. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct engaging and effective English language classes for adult learners. • Manage classroom dynamics and maintain an interactive, professional learning environment. • Facilitate student participation, provide constructive feedback, and assess language progress. • Maintain strict punctuality, organization, and adherence to instructional guidelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 1 year of experience teaching adults. • English proficiency at C1 level. • Strong communication and classroom management skills. • Committed, punctual, detail-oriented, and flexible. • TEFL / TESOL certification is preferred. • Passionate about teaching and continuous professional development.
