Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively hiring a dedicated QHSE Officer based in Doha, Qatar. The selected candidate will help us maintain high standards of safety, quality, compliance, and overall operational performance across facility management operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conducting routine and comprehensive site inspections - Ensuring HSE compliance and adherence to safety regulations - Carrying out detailed risk assessments, HIRA/HIRARC, and incident investigations - Overseeing incident reporting and executing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) - Organizing and conducting emergency drills and maintaining emergency preparedness - Supporting planned preventive maintenance (PPM) & maintenance operations - Managing QHSE documentation and maintaining ISO compliance across operations • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven FM/QHSE experience - NEBOSH certification is preferred - Strong background in Risk Assessment, HIRA/HIRARC & Incident Investigation - Demonstrated knowledge of Fire Safety & Emergency Preparedness - Thorough knowledge of ISO standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 - Comprehensive FM operations & maintenance knowledge - Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills - Qatar Driving Licence is preferred - Prior Qatar or GCC Facility Management (FM) experience is considered an advantage • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Doha, Qatar - Work setting: Onsite • Compensation & Benefits - Standard compensation according to company policy and industry standards • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated CV through the designated contact channels.
