• Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking an experienced Lead Architect – AI & Telecom Transformation to spearhead and drive large-scale telecom transformation initiatives leveraging Agentic AI, AIOps, and AWS cloud technologies. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead customer workshops and executive-level strategic discussions. - Design Agentic AI-driven solutions for NOC, SOC, network operations, and service assurance. - Drive AI-powered automation, alarm correlation, incident management, and root-cause analysis. - Define AWS-based architectures and comprehensive enterprise transformation roadmaps. - Lead solution design, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), presales activities, and technical delivery. - Manage global onsite-offshore engineering teams and key stakeholder relationships. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 15+ years of extensive experience in Telecom, AI Automation, and Digital Transformation. - Strong domain expertise in OSS/BSS, NOC/SOC, and Service Assurance. - Proven hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI (GenAI), AIOps, and intelligent automation systems. - Robust AWS architecture and cloud modernization background. - Outstanding customer engagement, solutioning, and organizational leadership capabilities. - Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale telecom transformation programs. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Denver, Colorado, USA. - Work Arrangement: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive enterprise executive compensation package commensurate with experience. • Application Instructions - Share an updated resume or connect directly with the hiring lead via email.
