• Role & Company / Project Overview: INDOLINEN is looking for a proactive and communicative Customer Support representative to join their team in Denpasar, Bali, providing superior service to customers purchasing beddings and towels. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback - Provide accurate information on products, orders, and delivery schedules - Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High work ethic, patient, empathetic, and service-oriented demeanor - Target-oriented with eagerness to learn and grow within the team • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: IndoLinen Mahendradatta, Jl.
