• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Manager – IT (ERP) with strong techno-functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP for a leading MNC to lead ERP implementation, enterprise application landscape management, integrations, and post-implementation operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation - Conduct technical evaluation, fit-gap analysis, PoCs and solution assessments - Define enterprise architecture and integration with existing application landscapes - Manage project planning, BBP workshops, UAT, data migration and Go-Live - Lead post-implementation support, enhancements, upgrades and system integrations - Ensure application performance, data integrity, security and SLA compliance - Manage incident, change and release management - Lead internal teams, implementation partners, MSPs and Microsoft Support - Partner with business leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Services - Mentor, develop and upskill application support teams • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 10–12 years of overall experience with at least 1 full-lifecycle Microsoft ERP implementation - 5+ years of experience managing enterprise application landscapes & system integrations - Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / M.C.A / M.Sc.
