Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects for a leading utility organization in the Energy & Utilities sector. The ideal candidate brings strong project/program management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and industry background. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead the planning and execution of multiple complex projects simultaneously • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders • Provide executive-level project status reports and updates • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project governance standards • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively • Drive successful project delivery while maintaining quality and business objectives Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of Project / Program Management experience • Energy & Utilities industry experience strongly preferred • Strong expertise in project planning, execution, budgeting, and resource management • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and executive management skills • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and project governance • Experience with Electric/Gas infrastructure or utility transformation projects preferred • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills • PMP Certification highly preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dallas, TX • Employment Type: W2, Long-Term Project Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resumes with the recruiter for review.
