• Role & Company / Project Overview: StaidLogic is hiring a senior-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to drive enterprise architecture, technical governance, platform modernization, and engineering excellence across Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thought leader who can provide enterprise-level architectural direction and technical leadership across multiple development teams. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Drive enterprise architecture, technical governance, and platform modernization across Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform environments. - Drive engineering excellence and technical debt reduction. - Architect and oversee enterprise API integrations, Power Automate workflows, and Azure Integration Services. - Establish and enforce architecture governance, security standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). - Provide architectural direction and technical leadership across multiple development teams. - Mentor technical leads and architects while actively influencing enterprise technology decisions. - Manage stakeholder communication effectively, engaging with both technical and business leadership. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dataverse, and Power Platform. - Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Azure Integration Services, and enterprise API integrations. - Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, enterprise security, CI/CD, DevOps, and ALM. - Proven track record in driving architecture governance, platform modernization, and technical debt reduction. - Strong mentoring capability to guide technical leads and architects. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to interact with executive leadership. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid – 2 days onsite). - Engagement: W2 Preferred (StaidLogic Payroll); C2C mentioned. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resume with the hiring team.
