Role & Company / Project Overview: Client is seeking a Senior Systems Test Engineer (E2) located at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a full-time W2 direct-hire opening with no third parties involved. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Plan, design, and execute comprehensive systems test procedures and validation protocols. • Identify defects, analyze system performance, and verify integration across critical defense platforms. • Document testing results, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and ensure mission assurance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Must possess an ACTIVE Secret clearance (strictly required, no exceptions). • Level E2 Experience Requirements: Advanced degree with 12+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of relevant experience. • Direct applicants only (No C2C, staffing agencies, or third-party vendors). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • 100% On-site at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO. • Full-time W2 position. Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation: Up to $85 per hour. • Comprehensive health and welfare benefits (additional $5.55/hr provided on top of determined hourly rate).
