Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: Bright IT Inc is hiring a hands-on AI Test Lead / Senior AI Tester for an end client (CNA) within the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) industry. The candidate will drive quality engineering, AI-assisted testing workflows, and automation across delivery pods. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Reverse-engineer application behavior and create missing regression test coverage. - Build and operationalize AI-assisted test generation workflows. - Validate modernization changes across system integrations. - Integrate test automation suites into CI/CD quality gates and perform root-cause analysis. - Lead testers across multiple delivery pods, defining test strategy, risk-based testing, traceability, and defect management. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Nearly 10 years (7–10 years) of hands-on QA/SDET/QE experience. - Proven expertise in AI-assisted QE and agentic testing. - Strong automation experience covering API, UI, integration, and end-to-end flows using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and REST API automation. - Comprehensive expertise in regression and system integration testing. - Technical background with Java or .NET, SQL, APIs, and middleware. - Experience with LDAP and token-based authentication. - Tooling experience with Jira/Xray, JUnit, or TestNG. - Hands-on knowledge of LLM evaluation, observability, prompt testing, and context testing. - Experience with performance and resilience testing. - Visa Requirement: No OPT / H1B; other visa categories considered. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. - Work Mode: Onsite 3 days per week. • Compensation & Benefits: - Contract Rate: $55/hr C2C | $70/hr W2. • Application Instructions: - Send resumes via email and include visa status, current location, total experience, and LinkedIn profile link.
