• Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow DevOps Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow DevOps, Change Velocity, CI/CD automation, and enterprise integrations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead ServiceNow development and DevOps initiatives across enterprise workflows. - Implement and optimize DevOps Change Velocity and automate change management workflows. - Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and change automation. - Perform enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Webhooks. - Develop and maintain solutions using ServiceNow scripting and Flow Designer. - Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and team mentoring. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience. - Core Expertise: ServiceNow Development & DevOps, DevOps Change Velocity, CI/CD & Change Management Automation. - Tooling: Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, GitLab. - Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Webhooks. - Technical Skills: ServiceNow scripting and Flow Designer. - Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and mentoring developers. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Chicago, Illinois. - Duration: Long-Term Contract. • Compensation & Benefits - Contract role (C2C / W2); compensation details not specified. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume via email.
