Role & Company / Project Overview: RIS (Rudhra Ingenious Solutions) is looking for an experienced Veeva CRM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Veeva CRM configuration, customization, and implementation. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and experience working within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical domain. Immediate joiners preferred. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Configure, customize, and maintain Veeva CRM applications. • Work on Veeva CRM objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules. • Develop and maintain solutions using Veeva CRM and Salesforce capabilities. • Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and security settings. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. • Support enhancements, deployments, releases, and production issues. • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements. • Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment activities. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM. • Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM configuration and customization. • Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities. • Experience with Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and security settings. • Knowledge of deployment processes and release management. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Preferred Skills: Experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical domain; knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes and Veeva CRM modules; exposure to Apex, SOQL, and other Salesforce development capabilities; experience with Veeva CRM integrations and production support.
