Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow HAM Lead Developer to join our team for a long-term opportunity (C2H / Long-Term Project). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead development, technical design, and stakeholder coordination. - Manage asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement. - Handle asset receiving, stockroom, and inventory management. - Configure and automate HAM workflows. - Implement and maintain ASN / Purchase Order integrations. - Perform REST/SOAP integrations. - Conduct data migration and reconciliation. - Execute ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience. - In-depth expertise in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM / HAM Pro). - Strong knowledge of Asset & Configuration Management, CMDB, Asset Management, and ITAM. - Proficient in ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript and Glide APIs. - Hands-on experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, Business Rules, and Client Scripts. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes. - Notice period: Immediate to 30 days. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. - Work Mode: Hybrid. - Employment Type: C2H / Long-Term Project. • Application Instructions: - Eligible candidates can apply with an updated CV.
