Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview Savista Global is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Medical Coder / Senior Coder specializing in ENM (Inpatient / Outpatient). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Review clinical documentation and medical records for Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) Evaluation and Management (ENM) encounters. - Accurately assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes in compliance with US healthcare regulations and coding guidelines. - Maintain high accuracy and productivity benchmarks required by the client. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 1.6 to 5 Years in ENM (IP/OP) medical coding. - Designation: Coder / Sr. Coder. - Certification: Mandatory certification from AAPC (CPC or equivalent) or AHIMA (CCS or equivalent). - Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days. - Eligibility: Freshers are not eligible. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift Timing: Day Shift (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM). - Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO). - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. - Interview Mode: Virtual. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Competitive / Market Standard. - Transportation: Cab Facility (Pickup & Drop available). - Meal: One meal provided by the company. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can connect with Catherine HR for details and application submission.
