Role & Company / Project Overview: • Role: OpenShift / OpenStack / KVM Specialist / Infrastructure Lead • Industry: Telecom • Experience Level: 12 to 18 Years overall experience, with 10 to 15 Years of relevant experience • Background Verification: Pre-Onboarding (PreOB) • Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • OpenShift architecture design, installation, upgrades, and cluster lifecycle management • Managing Kubernetes internals, networking, storage, operators, and cluster management • Working with OpenStack components including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, and Heat • KVM, libvirt, and virtualization performance tuning • Managing and implementing Software-Defined Networking (SDN) technologies such as OVS, OVN, VXLAN, and Calico • Infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, and GitOps tools • Implementing high availability, disaster recovery, security hardening, and capacity planning • Monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Overall Experience: 12–18 Years • Relevant Experience: 10–15 Years • Mandatory Skills: Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), OpenStack, KVM Virtualization • Core Technical Expertise: Kubernetes internals, operators, networking, storage; OpenStack core services (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Heat); KVM and libvirt virtualization tuning; SDN (OVS, OVN, VXLAN, Calico); Automation (Ansible, Terraform, GitOps); SRE, monitoring, RCA, security hardening, and DR planning Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India • Work Mode: Hybrid • Shift Timings: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST Application Instructions: • Interested candidates matching the profile are requested to share their profiles via the contact email provided.
