### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and LLM-based solutions. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions. • Build and optimize Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, and GenAI applications. • Develop RAG-based solutions using embeddings and vector databases. • Integrate AI/ML models into production applications. • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders. • Implement model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization practices. • Follow best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, APIs, and deployment. • Research and apply emerging AI/GenAI technologies to business use cases. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 5+ years of total IT experience. • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience – Mandatory. • Strong expertise in Python. • Hands-on experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning. • Strong knowledge of NLP, LLMs & Generative AI. • Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering. • Experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow / Scikit-learn. • Hands-on experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex / Hugging Face. • Exposure to Cloud platforms and MLOps. • Experience with Docker, APIs, and production deployment. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandatory. • Immediate joiners preferred. • Strong hands-on technical experience required. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can apply with their updated CV specifying the subject line 'Senior AI/ML Engineer – Chennai'.
