Job description

We are seeking an experienced Operation Specialist with strong knowledge of Online Travel Agencies (OTA), Channel Managers, and hotel sales operations to join our team in Cairo. Key responsibilities include managing daily reservations from OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda, operating and optimizing Channel Manager systems and PMS (including Juniper), monitoring room availability, rates, promotions, and inventory, as well as analyzing booking trends to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. Candidates must possess hands-on hospitality reservation experience, strong sales and customer-focused skills, and excellent English communication abilities.
