Role & Company / Project Overview: J&T Express Egypt is looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst Specialist to join our team in Maadi, Cairo. This opportunity is designed for professionals passionate about data analysis, operational performance, and transforming data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Collect, clean, and analyze operational and performance data. • Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. • Monitor KPIs, identify performance trends, and highlight areas for improvement. • Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency. • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools. • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Strong command of English.
