### Role & Company / Project Overview Hiring for the position of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (AM) – QA/QC based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role focuses on quality assurance and quality control activities in the domains of Herbal, Powder Mixes, Nutraceutical, Health, and Dietary Supplements. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • QC/QA activities as an individual contributor collaborating with cross-functional teams • Evaluation, testing, and batch approvals for new and reformulated products • Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and comprehensive failure investigations • Preparation and management of QA/QC documentation including COA, AQL, MSDS, TDS, and Composition Sheets • Ensuring regulatory compliance across standards such as FSSAI, BIS, AYUSH, IPQC, ICH, GMP, FDA, and ISO • Coordination with internal teams as well as third-party / contract manufacturers • Handling audits, compliance documentation, and consumer complaint analysis ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech in Science / Technology / Food Technology • Experience: 4–7 Years of relevant experience • Domain Expertise: Prior experience in Herbal, Powder Mixes, Nutraceuticals, Health, and Supplements is required • Skills: Good communication, interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in MS Office ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka • Work Mode: On-site ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can apply by sharing their updated CV.
