Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for digital and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, preferably with experience in a fast-paced airline/technology environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews & Retrospectives • Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning • Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies • Coordinate with Business, Technology, QA, and Vendor teams for timely delivery • Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, and provide executive-level status updates • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams • Challenge teams and vendors constructively to improve delivery outcomes • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 8+ Years IT | 6+ Years as Scrum Master • 8+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years as a Scrum Master • Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and delivery governance • Experience in backlog management and stakeholder coordination • Strong ownership, execution, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills • Experience working with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence • Preferred: Scrum Master certification – CSM, PSM, or equivalent • Preferred: Experience in the airline/aviation or digital technology domain • Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore • Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days Work from Office Application Instructions: Interested candidates please share your updated CV along with your current location, notice period, and contact details.
