Job description

We are hiring an IT Support staff to work on-site at client malls in Bekasi or Tangerang. Responsibilities include preparing IT devices (laptops, printers) for remote support by the IT team, and inputting stock opname and stock take data. The role is fully remote IT support, with occasional on-site presence for device preparation. Candidates must have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and at least minimal experience in IT Support or IT Helpdesk. This is a project-based position.
