Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Redpoint ETL Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using the RedPoint Data Management platform. • Build data integration pipelines to extract data from multiple sources, transform it according to business requirements, and load it into target systems. • Develop complex data transformation, cleansing, standardization, deduplication, and validation processes. • Integrate data from relational databases, flat files, APIs, and other enterprise data sources. • Develop and optimize workflows for large-volume data processing and improve ETL performance. • Implement data quality checks, error handling, reconciliation, and exception management. • Troubleshoot ETL failures, data discrepancies, performance bottlenecks, and production issues. • Schedule, monitor, and manage ETL jobs and workflows. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 5+ years of relevant experience in Redpoint Data Management. • Hands-on experience with RedPoint Data Management / RedPoint ETL. • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration architecture. • Experience designing and developing complex ETL workflows and transformation logic. • Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, subqueries, and performance tuning. • Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar platforms. • Knowledge of data profiling, data cleansing, data validation, deduplication, and reconciliation. • Experience handling structured data, large datasets, and multiple source systems.
