### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Power BI Analyst | UI/UX & Dashboard Specialist with strong expertise in dashboard development, UI/UX design, DAX, data modeling, and data storytelling based in Bangalore. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Create end-to-end Power BI solutions from data models to interactive dashboards. - Develop UX-focused mockups and prototypes. - Implement advanced DAX calculations. - Apply visualization and accessibility best practices. - Configure navigation, bookmarks, slicers, and interactive dashboard elements. - Build and maintain SharePoint reporting portals. - Conduct usability testing and incorporate stakeholder feedback. - Document data sources, transformation logic, and dashboard guidelines. - Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and global stakeholders. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience. - In-depth expertise in Microsoft Power BI. - Advanced DAX and complex analytical calculations. - Solid data modeling proficiency. - Proven background in UI/UX for dashboards and interactive visualizations. - Strong data storytelling capabilities. - Experience with SharePoint reporting portals and dashboard performance optimization. - Hands-on experience with Azure SQL and cloud data platforms. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred. ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated CV along with Total Experience, Current Location, Current CTC, Expected CTC, and Notice Period via email.
