Role & Company / Project Overview Amanzi Consulting Private Limited and Amanzi Technologies Private Limited are hiring an Identity Engineer for one of their leading MNC clients based in Bangalore. The role focuses on engineering and managing identity systems in an enterprise hybrid environment, with an immediate to 30 days notice period preferred. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Engineer and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory in a hybrid environment • Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle, identity provisioning, and access automation • Design and administer Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Protection policies • Manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and least-privilege/JIT access • Design, maintain, and optimize Group Policy (GPO) and directory configurations • Manage Identity Governance, including access reviews, entitlement management, and certifications • Automate identity operations using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API • Act as a 3rd-level escalation point for complex identity and access incidents • Support security, compliance, and audit requirements in regulated environments Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management / Microsoft Identity • Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD authentication, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Hybrid Identity, including Entra Connect, DNS, Sites & Trusts • Strong experience in JML automation, identity lifecycle, and provisioning • Practical experience with PIM, privileged access, and least-privilege models • Strong knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) design and administration • Experience with Identity Governance, Access Reviews, and Entitlement Management • Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API • Experience working in ITIL / change-controlled environments; PCI DSS exposure is an advantage • Microsoft SC-300 certification is desirable • Key Technical Skills: Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, Active Directory, Hybrid Identity, Entra Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, PIM, JML, Identity Governance, GPO, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, DNS, Sites & Trusts, ITIL, PCI DSS Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Application Instructions • Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated resume to the designated recruitment email.
