Job description

We are hiring for multiple international processes. For the Etihad Voice Process, candidates must have a minimum of 6 months BPO experience. Salary is up to ₹30,000 CTC per month. Excellent English communication skills required. Qualifications: Undergraduate or Graduate. Experience: Minimum 6 months on-paper BPO (Customer Service) mandatory. Requirements include excellent English communication (spoken & written), flexibility for 24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts, and 2 rotational week offs. The interview process includes HR Round, Versant (VET – Spoken English), Versant (VWT – Written English), and Operations Round. Immediate joiners preferred.
