Role & Company / Project Overview Direct Client Opportunity for an Operations / Functional Analyst III with Facets G6 experience. This is a 6 Months Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role operating on a mostly remote schedule with virtual interviews. Equipment is not provided. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Analyze and test data to ensure it meets client requirements • Support new account onboarding through 834 EDI feeds • Perform data audits and validation • Work with vendors and TPA environments • Troubleshoot data-related issues • Interact directly with clients and business partners Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Must-Have: Facets G6 experience (required); legacy Facets experience may also be considered • 4+ years of Functional Analyst experience • Bachelor's degree, or additional relevant experience in lieu of degree • Strong Data Analysis & Testing experience • Experience auditing and validating data • Experience working with 834 EDI file feeds • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Nice to Have: Edifecs experience • Nice to Have: Healthcare/insurance industry experience Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Baltimore, Maryland • Work Model: Mostly Remote (Onsite once every 3 months) • Local Candidates Requirement: Must live in DC / MD / VA, WV, DE, or Southern PA and be within 1.5 hours of the client location • Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM • Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Application Instructions Please send your resume directly to the designated contact email if you meet the requirements.
