Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 (M365) Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Administer and support Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI services. • Provide comprehensive Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration. • Manage and maintain Exchange Online. • Administer and support SharePoint Online. • Manage Microsoft Teams configurations and policies. • Administer OneDrive for Business. • Manage Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD directory services, identities, and access controls. • Configure, manage, and deploy devices via Intune / Endpoint Management. • Utilize PowerShell scripting for task automation and systems administration. • Oversee M365 Security & Administration compliance and settings. • Deliver troubleshooting and end-user support. • Support M365 Copilot configuration, adoption, and troubleshooting. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 12+ years of relevant IT / engineering experience. • Work Authorization requirement: Only H1B candidates (No Green Card). • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID / Azure AD, and Intune. • Strong PowerShell scripting capabilities. • Experience supporting and configuring Microsoft 365 Copilot. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Austin, Texas (Candidates must reside within 100 miles of Austin, TX). • Employment Type: Contract basis.
