• Role & Company / Project Overview Intellectt Inc. is hiring a full-time Jr. Engineer – Maintenance Inventory located onsite in Appleton, Wisconsin to support spare-parts inventory management, physical stock verification, system updates, inventory reconciliation, and 5S organization on the manufacturing shop floor. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage maintenance spare parts and MRO inventory - Execute physical inventory verification and stock reconciliation - Utilize ERP and CMMS systems for tracking and record keeping - Perform barcode scanning and inventory tracking - Conduct cycle counts, internal audits, and rigorous inventory control - Perform data entry, tracking, and analysis using MS Excel - Maintain thorough documentation, records, and store organization - Implement 5S workplace organization methodologies across maintenance stores and shop floor - Maintain safety standards, strict housekeeping, and keen attention to detail • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering - Experience or demonstrated competence in maintenance spare parts and inventory management - Hands-on familiarity with ERP / CMMS systems, barcode scanners, and cycle count procedures - Proficiency in MS Excel, data entry, and documentation maintenance - Solid understanding of 5S methodologies, shop floor safety, and housekeeping • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Arrangement: Onsite - Location: Appleton, Wisconsin, United States • Compensation & Benefits - Eligible employees may have access to Intellectt Inc. benefits based on applicable plans and eligibility requirements - Intellectt Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fair and equal employment opportunities • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume to the designated recruiter contact.
